Although we did not book, we were accepted and the friendly staff welcomed us with smiles. The place has a nice warm ambience with a Maltese old culture style. Although there were many people already especially tourists, we did not wait too long in between our five course lunch to be served. We ordered a set traditional Maltese menu. The soup was really good. The spaghetti rabbit was delicious and the main course, rabbit, was very well cooked. Just like traditional homemade cooking. Then dessert and coffee followed which were also fine. Portions were adequate and we were really satisfied. Good value for money. We surely recommend this place.

Excellent octopus and mussels starters. Very relaxed ambiance. Pleasant staff. Efficient service. Mains normal - good but not memorable; dessert was a little bit of a disappointment. Would consider visiting again when in Mellieha :)

I had octupus and it was delicious. However, my son complained that his pizza wasn't well cooked. Most of the staff were friendly. However, we ordered a take away pizza and they brought it to our table five minutes after we started eating. They could have kept it somewhere warm in the kitchen. We had no choice but to finish quickly our food and leave the restaurant. We didn't even have desert. I think that is due to the fact that the kitchen closes at 10.00pm which is way too early especially on a Saturday night.

We had Ribeye Steak,which was cooked medium to well,very juicy with rich Pepper Sauce.We liked it very much,cooked to perfection.Even the Desert,we had a nice piece of Caramel and Chocolate Gateaux which was up to high standards.Very Good.

We had no problems using Gusto and to top it up there was no need to phone for booking. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had pizza which were freshly and deliciousiously made. We ll definitely go again.
